POSITION PURPOSE: TO INSURE THERE ARE CLEAN DISHES AT ALL TIMES TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS AND CLEAN COOKING UTENSILS TO PREPARE THE FOOD.

Maintain Dish Machine
Cleaning Equipment on kitchen line nightly
All cooking utensils and pots and pans must be washed by hand
Keep a clean working environment
Adhere to all safety guidelines
