ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA) CLOUD ENGINEER Active Secret Clearance 100% Remote Ongoing Salary: $188,000 range annually plus excellent benefits. ALTA IT Services has a 100% remote, direct hire opening for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, in support of a large DOD program via a respected systems integrator. The RPA Cloud Engineer will work with various cloud services, such as compute, storage, networking, security, analytics, and DevOps, to create scalable, reliable, and secure cloud applications and infrastructure to serve the RPA user base. Our team collaborates with Infrastructure and Platform teams as well as Cyber Risk Management. Due to the nature of the work this position requires an active DOD Secret Clearance. Job Requirements Windows Server and hands-on configuration management experience is required. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least five years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure or AWS. Strong proficiency with core Microsoft Domain technologies, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, SCCM, and Certificate Technologies. Familiarity with PAM solutions like CyberArk. Knowledge of cloud architecture principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience in using cloud technologies, such as virtual machines, app services, object storage, virtual networks, directory services, cloud monitoring, and Cloud Security, Governance, and Compliance. Experience in using DevOps tools, such as CLI, PowerShell Scripting, Resource Manager, DevOps Services, and DevTest Labs. The RPA Cloud Engineer should have the following skill set: Analytical and problem-solving skills, to design and troubleshoot cloud solutions. Ability to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Windows Server. Communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Project management and organizational skills, to plan and execute cloud projects within budget and time constraints. Continuous learning and adaptation skills, to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing. Ability to design new project requirements and document process and procedures during planning and deployment phases. Experience with endpoint configuration management tools, such as SCCM, to deploy, update, and manage cloud-based devices and applications. Previous examples of successful endpoint configuration management projects, such as migrating devices to a cloud-based platform, automating patch management, or optimizing device performance and security.
