Facilities Manager - FM Liaison for Existing Academic and Research Facilities & New Facility Const

The Facilities Manager - FM Liaison for Existing Academic and Research Facilities and New Facility Construction will provide overall leadership in the care and support of existing Academic and Research Facilities and new facility construction to include maintenance, landscaping, custodial services, as well as other FM services. The Facilities Manager is the key building / customer point of contact and works with FM staff and external stakeholders to ensure customer and facility day to day and long term needs are met. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, seven (7) years’ experience in operations and facility maintenance in a multi-facility complex; without a Bachelor’s degree, ten (10) years of experience. Additionally, at least three (3) years of the experience must have been in a supervisory or lead capacity. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
