Description

As our brand and digital presence evolves, our digital outputs must be consistent across online and in-person environments, playing a key role in advancing the perception of Leidos as visitors consume our content.

Two key components of this entire journey are Leidos.com and our social media presence. The Digital Experience Manager is central not only in ensuring content is produced and published in good time, but that it adheres to a strong set of quality standards, maximizes the impact of our design system across touch points, and takes a user-centered view of the optimal journey.

A large portion of this role will be hands on in the CMS implementing fantastic new content and functionality, while also focused on helping define and push how the Leidos brand can be cohesively represented online, extended on to social media platforms and into in-person environments through digital means.

Website Management:

  • Day-to-day updates and maintenance of all web properties, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned user experience across all platforms.
  • Manage web hosting and domain registration, ensuring sites are secure, fast, and reliably accessible.

Social Media:

  • Contribute to the strategy, planning, and execution of content for Leidos social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with the communications & marketing team to create engaging, user-focused content that enhances our social media presence and drives user engagement.
  • Provide support and guidance on best practices for social media to internal teams, ensuring a cohesive and effective online presence.

User Experience (UX):

  • Act as a UX specialist across on- and offline content touchpoints, applying best practices to enhance user engagement.
  • Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and test wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to optimize navigation, layout, and content structure.
  • Provide UX insights and recommendations to inform content strategy, digital marketing initiative, and new interactive technology development.
  • Lead and participate in workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of user-centered design within the Communications & Marketing function.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in web management, UX design, or social media content creation, preferably in a technology-focused company OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in web management, UX design, or social media content creation, preferably in a technology-focused company.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience across the marketing technology stack including with Drupal and Sprinklr.
  • Demonstrable expertise in UX design principles, web development, and successful social media strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Pay Range:Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
