A wonderful new opportunity has become available for an Assistant Manager Child Birth at an acute care hospital outside of Kirtland, New Mexico. This hospital specifically has 240+ patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
Labor and Delivery Manager will be working in a highly-functioning and extremely fast paced Labor and Delivery unit giving mothers and babies the best possible experience from when they enter the facility, through when they leave. A full staff of healthcare workers including nurses, techs, physicians, etc. will be assisting with all of the basic needs in the unit as well as ensuring patient safety at all times.The Assistant Manager will report up to the Director of Nurse as well as the CNO of the hospital. This unit has an incredibly high patient volume, and needs an experienced Nurse Manager to step up into this role in order to be able to take on all responsibilities given to them. The Manager is expected to take on the responsibilities of the Director in their absence.
