Our incredible client in Ashburn, VA is looking for a Business Analyst
to join their team!
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Business Analyst will join the team in Ashburn, VA. You have 6+ years experience and knowledge in process management, with direct working knowledge and experience in SAP and Salesforce. You have great communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and are self-motivated to accomplish the tasks at hand.
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 DOE
Location: Ashburn, VA
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage activities related to the recording, analysis, and optimization of business processes
- Be the main contact person for all departments regarding the application and implementation of business processes, methods, and tools (PMTs)
- Support the introduction of new processes, methods, and tools as well as continuous maintenance of existing PMTs
- Develop expert knowledge with regards to the application and implementation of processes
- Be the consultant, method expert, coach and sparring partner for the business process owners
- Create process flows and training documents
- Assist with internal process and system audit activities
- Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops
Business Analyst Requirements:
- College degree with emphasis in business administration, process management, or comparable experience
- Firsthand work experience with SAP implementation and associated business process development
- Team lead experience for similar type and scale IT projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with teams of diverse backgrounds and experience levels
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Business Analyst **PREFERRED Requirements:
- Working knowledge or fluency in German
- Firsthand professional experience with Salesforce
