Santa Fe Art Collector Needs An Organizer / Personal Assistant

Do you communicate well? Do you know how to tell the truth?

Do you have the courage to concentrate? Are you discreet?
We need to hire an Organizer / Personal Assistant. We have a house, a warehouse, and storage lockers full of art, furniture, memorabilia, photographs, and trash. Over the next year, we need to throw away the trash and sell half of our collections. We’ll pay you to catalog our items and either donate them to museums or send them at auction. You won’t have to lift anything heavy, or pack and ship. We already have people who can do that.
What we need is an Organizer / Personal Assistant who’s curious and wants to learn about the art market. This is not a hobby. If you can’t concentrate, this is the wrong job for you. If you can concentrate, and you’re willing to work, there’s enough work to keep you busy for at least two years.
You’ll travel to auctions, art shows, galleries, and museums. You’ll also do mundane work like paying bills, and contacting health care and insurance companies. You’ll deal with contractors, electricians, locksmiths, security companies, and web designers. If you’re proficient in InDesign and Photoshop, that will help. If you like to learn, and bring genuine enthusiasm to what you do, we’ll pay you a premium for what you bring to the position .
We can afford a skilled candidate. If you have experience in the art market, or in interior design, or both, you’ll be rewarded for your experience. We’ll pay you a monthly salary, not by the hour. This is not a side hustle, a remote job, or a part-time position. It’s a full-time job.
