As an Inside Sales Representative focusing on workers' compensation insurance for our wholesale division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of independent insurance agents and brokers. Leveraging your knowledge of workers' compensation products and your sales expertise, you will identify opportunities, provide valuable insights, and deliver customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our partners and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our wholesale distribution network and increase market share in the workers' compensation insurance segment.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with independent insurance agents and brokers, serving as their trusted advisor and resource for workers' compensation products and services.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and prospect potential partners through outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for agents and brokers to educate them about our workers' compensation offerings, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and support teams to ensure timely processing of quotes, policies, and endorsements, while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for growth and strategic opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with agents and brokers to win new business and retain existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and partner interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to workers' compensation insurance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, performance metrics, and service level agreements established by the company.
