Business Manager Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced and talented manager to join our company. You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the customer service and wash dry fold production workers, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating a positive work environment. Working with a team to ensure store operations meet the quality and production standards of the company and drive profitable sales results.

Business Manager Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies

· Hire, train, and evaluate customer service and production personnel, promoting or firing workers when appropriate.

· Drive recruitment process and training & development

· Identify and resolve customer concerns and service issues

· Work with the drycleaning production manager to coordinate production and delivery operations to ensure schedules and objectives are met

· Supervise and motivate staff

· Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources

· Oversee laundromat operation, scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs as needed

Business Manager Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field

· Experience: 3-5 years management experience

· Excellent people skills, and creative problem-solving skills

· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of POS systems and analytics
