Dental Receptionist

We are a brand new boutique dental clinic in the heart of Corktown Detroit. Our office is equipped with State of Art operatories and sterilization center. We are a cloud base facility, no papers, with sensor X-rays and high tech CBCT imaging.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energized and positive candidate who will be an integral part of our new family and to making our clients feel at home.

We run on the cloud based Dentrix Ascend system, experience with Ascend is preferred, but experience users of Dentrix should have no issues learning the Ascend system quickly.

Making the best first impression by warmly greeting our clients and helping them to schedule appointments will be core to ensuring the greatest dental experience.  The care really starts here.

As the heart of the practice we will need for you to be an excellent navigator of dental insurance verification and issue management.  Our receptionist should also be skilled at treatment plan presentation and be able to explain the complexities of dental insurance benefits.

While this is a part time position, we have been steadily increasing opportunities to add additonal hours as we grow.

This position is core to our business and the qualifications noted above are truly required.  We in return will put our heart and soul into making the Detroit Dental Spa a second home for you.
