CAMP is recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager to handle a portfolio of HOA and Condominium Associations. We do not overload our Managers; we assign a reasonable number of communities to ensure success for our company and our employees. A CMCA, AMS designation is a plus, but not a requirement. Proven leadership skills, sound business judgment, and financial management experience are required for this position along with a strong customer service orientation and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Prior experience must include contract management, budgeting, financial analysis and staff supervision. We want a top-notch community association Manager who is interested in providing a superior level of personal service to our customer and investing their talent in our fast-growing company.
