Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Conceal, you can be a part of an exciting growing technology team in the cybersecurity industry. You will initiate the first outreach with potential customers with the goal of booking meetings and building the sales pipeline. Our BDR’s play a critical role in building relationships and providing input on qualified sales leads for our enterprise sales team. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. This position is required to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead generation via cold calling, emailing, detail-oriented prospecting, etc. to drive sales of Conceal products
  • Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Research company and industry information, identify key players, and generate maximum interest to prepare sales team for all demos
  • Maintain high activity call volume and quality to drive business forward
  • Collaborate with peers on best practices, competitive intel, and sales strategy
  • Work with sales and marketing to execute on aggressive lead generation and nurturing plans that meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Update and maintain all customer information and conversations within Salesforce
  • Pursue upsell and growth opportunities from a select group of existing customers
  • Participate in sales group meetings to discuss targets and forecasts as well as report on market situation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 6 months+ years of experience prospecting or sales desired
  • Experience using a CRM/Customer Relationship Management tool desired
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interest in a sales career with a desire to advance into a more advanced sales role
  • Strong phone presence with great listening, presentation, and negotiation skill
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
