About the Position

This job opening is for a Therapist at the Personal Involvement Center, where the successful candidate will provide individual and group therapies, create personalized treatment plans, and work with other members of the therapy team. The required qualifications for the position include a current active licensure as a licensed therapist and a minimum of one year of experience working with children and families.

About You

You are an experienced and licensed therapist specializing in child, adolescent and family therapies. You use evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), DBT, or others. You have experience working with children and teens with ADHD, regulation disorders, behavioral challenges, social challenges, anxiety and mood disorders. Most importantly, you are self-motivated, compassionate, creative, and flexible.

As a Therapist at the Personal Involvement Center, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapies and parent coaching.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team.
• Collaborate with and learn from our larger interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Required: Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, ACSW, and AMFT) with experience working with children and families.

Required: Current active licensure by your licensing board.

Required: Minimum of 1 year of past experience working as a therapist.
