Lindsay Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Manassas, VA is looking for experienced technicians. Our Service Department is expanding and we are in need of technicians to fill the demand. Competitive compensation. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct Multi-Point Inspections, ensuring the quality and reliability of our customer's vehicles. Provide transportation solutions for our customer’s concerns. Fix/Repair vehicles correctly the First Time. Precisely document the state of the vehicles through our proprietary standardized reports. Provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Multitask and prioritize various projects. Effectively communicate with other technicians, service advisors, and parts department. Be analytical. Continuously improve our processes through feedback and suggestions. Participate in company-sponsored training classes as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus. Formal technical training from an accredited institution. Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or relevant automotive field experience. Passion for advancement in automotive, innovation, and technology. Tech savvy. Strong organizational skills. Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgement
Valid State drivers license and good driving record
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification
Technical or trade school degree preferred
