Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

Reports To: Food & Beverage Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that the cart is clean every day prior to stocking it with food, beverages and ice.

1. Dry snacks whole fruits and cold beverages come from the storeroom.
2. Cold sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, coffee and hot water are picked up from the kitchen.
3. Check list of items carefully to ensure that nothing is forgotten.
4. Everything is to be put in its proper place.
5. The above must be done in 1 hour.
6. Each attendant carries a radio to communicate with one another and the kitchen.
7. The attendant can ask a runner to obtain replacement supplies from the kitchen.
8. Use green checks to record food and drinks given to members making sue the name and member number is clearly written on the checks.
9. All food and beverage did not sell each day is to be returned to the storeroom and kitchen.
10. Food carts are to be washed each day.
11. Take green chits to Terrace to input in POS system.
12. Staple computer printed chits to green checks, wrap gratuity sheet around them and bring to accounting mailbox.
13. The cart is to be returned for night storage and plugged in to charge the battery overnight.
14. Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications

Prior food service experience and/or customer service is a plus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekends, evenings and holidays.
