Summary - CNC Machinist - CNC Mill or CNC Lathe: We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with experience working with CNC Mill or CNC Lathe. You would be responsible for producing parts utilizing CNC Mills or CNC Lathes, which will include setting up the mill or lathe, operating the mill or lathe, and checking produced parts for quality assurance against blueprints or other shop specifications.

Responsibility Summary – CNC Machinist - CNC Mill or CNC Lathe:

  • Set up mills and lathes for new production runs; including inputting programming updates/changes.
  • Operate mills and lathes to produce finished parts.
  • Check parts for quality assurance using blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to verify specifications.

Qualification Summary – CNC Machinist - CNC Mill or CNC Lathe:

  • High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is however preferred
  • 2+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mills or Lathes for small batch production runs.
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Experience performing quality assurance checks using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
