Team Member - BOH / FOH

Crew members prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or tables. Maintain sanitation, health and all safety standards in work areas, clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as deep-fat fryers. Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. Order and take delivery of supplies.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be 18+ years old
* Have some applicable experience
* Able to lift 40 pounds
* Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Bilingual a plus!
