What is expected of the Sales Representative:
· Lead generation through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and networking through local associations, trade shows, and conferences
· Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads
· Educating homeowners on Mighty Dog service offerings and differentiating from other service providers and product offerings
· Conducting roof inspections, scoping projects, and generating project estimates
· Assisting homeowners in the insurance claim process and meeting insurance adjusters
· Achieve weekly and monthly quota for contracted sales
· Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof
What the Sales Representative will bring:
· Great communication skills
· Outside Sales or Roofing/construction experience
· Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day
· Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision
· Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
· Previous roofing or construction experience is highly desired but not required for success
· The right candidate who brings their "A-game" every day will surpass $100k in their first year. We are looking for partners who are in search of a stable career in a lucrative market.

Mighty Dog Roofing’s Sales role will be responsible for a variety of both on-site projects and office-related tasks. This role will report directly to the Franchise Owner(s) based in Chesapeake, VA.
Position Type/Expected hours worked of the Sales Representative:
This is a full-time position; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9-to-5’ job. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.
Sales Representative Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an applicant to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The candidate should be able to stand, sit at an office space, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, use office equipment and computers. The candidate will regularly work in an office setting and outdoors. Candidate must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and walking steep slope roofs.
