Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Expert to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Experts duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Expert, you should stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain our companies visual appearance in high standards. Sales Experts are required to manage each project from initiating to closing. Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Expert are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the companies sales goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Actively seek out customers by networking: B to B or B to C
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process payment as directed through the Sales process 
• Cross-sell products and services
• Handle communications throughout projects as needed 
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Provide Oversight/Management of Project through all phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, promotions, etc.)

Requirements:

• Expert Level experience in Trade Services: Plumbing, Electrical, Renovations
• Strong Work Ethic and ability to function under stress
• Be a functioning member of a Team 
• Posses valid and clean driving record
• Able to maintain professional appearance
• Available to work weekends as needed. Schedule is subject to change or fluctuate based on the market or industry needs
• Be a brand ambassador of the company
