Job Description

Position Summary

This position assists in the sales effort to ensure maximum bed occupancy through on-going lead creation, marketing event development and execution, and targeted outreach efforts along with accounting processes for resident accounts.


Essential Functions


Sales

• DProactively develop and cultivate potential resident leads through referral sources, community outreach, and lead generating events.

• Assist the Executive Director to plan and coordinate outreach events.

• Maintain up-to-date industry and technical knowledge affecting the target audience, referral community, andcommunity, and lead base.

• Utilize CRM software to track and report all event and marketing activity in a timely manner.


Marketing

• Assist the corporate marketinHome Office g team and Executive Director to identify the target audience through value-added public relations and advertising initiatives to increase outreach, including personal stories and local trade publications.

• Pursue opportunities to educate various audiences, including civic groups, municipalities, medical personnel, and the general publicpublic on senior living topics relevant to our industry.


Event Planning

• In collaboration with the Executive Director, develop and plan logistics for all business development related events for the community.

• Ensure all participants are identified and entered into the CRM software.


Administrative

• Ensure timely and accurate record keeping of Accounts Receivable including preparing and sending resident invoices detailing accurate recurring rent and level of care charges.

• Collect and record resident payments in electronic recordkeeping system.

• Track and manage aging accounts.

• Filing long term care insurance.

• Additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Executive Director.


Leadership

• Serve as a member of the individual community management team, under the leadership of the Executive Director, to ensure the Company’s guiding principles are upheld and the community objectives are consistently met and exceeded.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or a combination of education and position related experience.

• Two (2) years of experience working with and presenting to audiences of all sizes and demographics.


Preferred Qualifications

• Successful event planning and coordination experience.


Physical Working Requirements

• Ability to travel using personal vehicle, including at night.

• Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

• Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.

• Employee is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
