Fish Cutter - Hourly

The Fish Company, also known as All Seas, is seeking an experienced seafood processor and fish cutter to join our team. We supply high-quality fresh and frozen products to restaurants, retail markets, and catering services in the Bay Area.

The following are the responsibilities, but are not limited to:

1. Properly filleting & removing scales from different types of fish to produce and sell them in retail.
2. Regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment, work areas, and production floor
3. Measure the weight of products, wrapping them securely, and packing them appropriately within a cooler.
4. Additional responsibilities or tasks assigned that are not specifically listed in the job description.

To be considered for the position, the applicant should have the following qualifications:

1. The job requires the applicant to be able to stand and walk continuously for eight hours.
2. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
3. Fundamental skills in mathematics.
4. This individual possesses the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Applicant must be legally allowed to work in the United States.

The working hours for this position are from 4:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Sundays, and 10:00 am-to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday

The hourly pay for this job is competitive and ranges from $20.00 to $23.00.
