Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lawn care practices, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of lawn maintenance professionals, ensuring efficient operations, and upholding the standards of excellence that define 4 Seasons Landscaping. You will be directly working with crew members and communicating with clients.

$22 - $28 hourly

• Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently

• Oversee lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally
• Provide training to crew members on proper lawn care techniques
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development

Equipment Management:

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of landscaping equipment
• Report any equipment issues and coordinate repairs

• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work
• Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-through

• General knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to lead and manage people
• Minimum of two years running commercial-grade zero-turn mowers
