REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized University, or Bachelors degree
in any other mayor together with corresponding certifications that can validate the knowledge of
Industrial Engineering.
Preferred masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Certification or similar (minimum Green Belt).
Minimum of five (5) years of experience of process improvement.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in personal supervision.
Fully bilingual Spanish and English; read, written, and spoken.
Previous experience successfully liaising with service groups or operations support groups.
Previous experience in preparing and managing of operational budget.
Interested in math and statistics related in measuring, reporting, and process improvements.
Visionary with the capacity to interpret the global market tendencies (World Class Practices) to
elevate our operation, according to tendencies.
Capacity to transform the current business (process and staff) into those tendencies leading the
industry.
Promote continuous improvement culture.
Able to provide evidence of having fulfilled the transformation of an operational process similar
to ours.
ESSENTIAL
TASKS
Follow up, monitor, and audit personnel under direct supervision.
Motivate, reinforce, assist, and reward your team.
Supervise physical inventory to ensure the accuracy of system data.
Provide a safe, clean, and organized environment in the warehouse area.
Participate and assist in all internal and external audits.
Guarantee product rotation according to its lifetime.
Experience implementing recommendations from regulatory agencies.
Participate in the Occupational Safety Committee and other compliance forums.

JOB POSITION
RESPONSABILITIES
Plan, coordinate and monitor the activities of product selection, loading of trucks and wagons,
putwaway, replenishment and dispatch to ensure the processes of identification, classification
and documentation is properly achieved.
Coordinate these tasks with the warehouse support teams to ensure these are carried out
according to established SOPs and policies.
Ensure all equipment is maintained up to operational standards.
Follow up and ensure the team achieves 100% of assigned orders, deliveries, transfers, and
invoicing of the day-to-day operations.
Provide continuity and continue developing the incentive programs for productivity of the
operations personnel.
Evaluate with frequency the warehouse layout to guarantee maximization of the space and
efficiency of dispatching.
Provide a safe, clean, and organized work area in the warehouse.
Develop and improve execution measures.
Supervise physical inventory to ensure the accuracy of system data.
Develop and implement plans to support annual goals and objectives including savings projects.
Identify and communicate any issues or opportunity in internal controls (loss, prevention,
discrepancies).
Supervise, train, and advise warehouse employees on issues such as: Safety, Cleaning,
Internal Procedures, Best Practices, Company Policies and Continuous Improvement Programs,
among others.
Discipline, issue verbal and written warnings, suspend and terminate as necessary.
Give recognition, motivation, and training.
Perform any reasonable task as required or on your own initiative to ensure operations needs
are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
INHERENT TO
QA & QC
This position you hold is an integral part of BHI's compliance structure with its QA/QC protocols and
procedures.
The QA/QC department at BHI, along with its President, Senior Staff, Managers, and Associates, are
responsible to the state, regulatory agencies, suppliers, customers, and the general public for ensuring
the safety and proper handling of all our products and processes in strict compliance with health and
safety standards "from farm to table".
Due to this you will receive communications and will be required to participate with BHI's QA/QC in
order to keep you informed about changes, updates, handling of product issues, procedures,
customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies and others.
In the same way, you will actively participate in any situation that may represent a risk to the safety
goal of our products or the integrity of the control in our processes.
It is your responsibility to stay informed, respond to and act in a timely manner in the face of all types
of information received by the QA/QC department or by their influence structure on the organization
that governs BHI operations and its compliance-controls of quality.
You, along with our entire management team and QA/QC department, are responsible for the quality
and physical integrity of our products and the work procedures that administer them.

Examples of possible events in which you must actively participate to guarantee the integrity of our
processes and optimal safety results are updating and compliance with procedures, proper handling of

products; among others.
