Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (i.e. mobility, eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting)
- Transferring and positioning of client
- Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
- Companionship and conversation
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
