Fulfillment Center Associate

Chili Peppers Collectables relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse environment and consider it to be a well-oiled machine, driven by a customer-centric mentality. To deliver on our promise to consumers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re hiring fulfillment center associates to join our team in downtown Frederick, MD. This is an entry-level position with many different opportunities and roles available. We are seeking detail oriented, task driven individuals to progress and promote within the company. No prior knowledge of warehouse/ fulfillment center operations is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

On an as-needed basis, the ideal candidate will:

• Pull necessary inventory to fulfill orders

• Pack and ship items in an appropriate and timely fashion

• Photograph items for sale

• Sort and organize inventory

• List items for sale on our online shop

• Learn new processes and programs as the need arises

Qualifications and Skills

• A desire to learn and grow with the company

• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening*

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Computer Literacy (MS Office & Google Suite)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• The skill to work and prioritize their tasks autonomously

• The ability to adapt to the changing needs of the job
