Bank Midwest is a seeking a full-time Contact Center Associate to join our call center team.
- Shifts will be scheduled during our Customer Support hours (Monday - Friday 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to Noon). When scheduled to work Saturday morning there will be a half day off during the work week.
- Responsible for providing exemplary, professional service to our customers including researching/resolving customer inquiries, identifying other Bank Midwest products and services that meet the customer's needs and assisting customers with requests/transactions using one of our many communication channels (phone, email, text, chat, Interactive Teller Machine).
- Must have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment.
