Insulation/Paint Department Manager

Redi Services, LLC a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of an Insulation/Paint Department Manager to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Using your management and leadership skills to evaluate, plan, develop, and implement best in class safety performance.
- Having a strong background in sales with the willingness and ambition to pursue new client opportunities.
- Possessing a strong knowledge of and experience with industrial insulation and scaffolding construction in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial painting, coating, and sandblasting processes and procedures.
- Ability to showcase your experience with estimating.
- Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Having and using your strong organization skills.
- Possessing a strong desire to learn.
- Utilizing your excellent computer skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings.
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 DOE.
