Tueller Counseling Services is a growing provider of mental health services in Southeastern Idaho. We are very close to opening our brand-new office in Idaho Falls and are excited to add new mental health professionals our team. Job Description:

As a counselor at Tueller Counseling Services, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and counseling services to our diverse clientele. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Our team-oriented approach ensures that you will have access to ongoing support and professional development, enabling you to thrive in your role and deliver the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working from a client's Individualized Treatment Plan, counsel individuals, couples, and families as assigned using evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments
  • Complete other required assessments for qualifying clients.
  • Along with client and/or parent/guardian, determine objectives and tasks for clients; develop Psychotherapy treatment plan.
  • Perform annual renewals for assigned clients and submit applicable documentation within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Comply with any Insurance Carrier requirements to treat.
  • Continuously participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

At Tueller Counseling Services, we value our counselors' contributions and understand the importance of a competitive compensation package. Full-time counselors at our organization can expect an average salary between $75,000 and $80,000. However, we recognize and reward excellence, and our top performers have the potential to earn up to $120,000 per year.
