JOB SUMMARY:

The deep cleaner role is responsible for deep cleaning cleaning vacation rentals, from large homes to smaller condos throughout service region. This can include spending anywhere from eight to 20 hours per home, stretched over multiple days. It also includes preparing quality reports of work completed, with details and photos. There are openings in the South and North Lake Tahoe areas, with the possibility of working in both.

Cleaning

• Proficiently execute deep cleaning responsibilities, optimizing quality
• Clean at 1 home per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time
  
• Properly follow processes for using apps and software for reporting and tracking time
  
• Effectively communicating with team members and supervisor to complete work

Safety

• Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / supplies
• Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage; 4x4 desired
• Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
• Cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation homes
  
• Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
  
• Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and move to / from and throughout homes
  
• To push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
