Salary: 65,000 with Bonus potential

Summary of Position:  

Renovation Leads’ will provide estimates, sell projects, and act s project manager through to completion.  Scheduling, budget, material allocation, and invoicing are key roles of this position.  

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Renovation Leads' first role is as an estimator.  They will be assessing the scope of work and materials required for a job to provide clients with a proposal/initial estimate.  
The core responsibilities of the position upon selling a job will be:

• Creating comprehensive long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines 
  
•  Ensure resource availability and allocation 
  
•  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 
  
•  Delegating tasks on the project to employees and approved contractors best positioned to complete them 
  
•  Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project 
  
•  Serving as a point of contact for teams and clients for assigned projects 
  
•  Communicating with management to keep the project aligned with goals 
  
•  Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.  
  
•  Adjusting the schedules and targets on the project as needed to account for any change orders to the scope of work.  
• Arrange payment schedules and invoice clients 

 

 Requirements: 

• High School Diploma 
  
•  Experience in project management 
  
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  
•  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 
  
•  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
  
•  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  
•  Valid Virginia Driver's License
