Technical Operator 1

Position Description: The Technical Operator works with other team members to produce ceramic resonators, inductors, and RF filters. Candidate will also check and inspect parts against predetermined tolerances and inspection criteria during various production processes. Candidate could be required to sit for extended periods of time and must have good communication skills.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Manual tabbing of resonators
• Dispensing solder into resonators
• Pre and post inspection of resonators, inductors and/or RF filters
• Operation of Tape and Reel machines
• Pre-inspection and post-inspection of parts
• Electrical Testing/Tuning of resonators, inductors, and RF filters

Job Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Good vision- Must be able to work with small parts (2mm)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings.
• Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.
