Responsibilities & Duties:


  1. Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Review inventory vendor invoices, conduct research, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Match PO receiving with vendor invoicing in terms of quantity and pricing.
  • Manage accounts payable on the Envi system, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of all inventory purchases.
  • Batch out invoices, perform accounting entries, and update books of accounts in both Envi and QuickBooks.
  • Prepare due inventory invoices for payments.

  1. Procurement:

  • Track inventory PO status and all related documents, evaluating and selecting the most efficient shipping method.
  • Initiate goods return and credit processes with vendors as needed.
  • Handle replacement and replenishment of consigned items based on Inventory Control Specialist requests.
  • Communicate with physicians to stay updated on industry trends and determine appropriate vendors for purchasing.
  • Compare available vendors and SKUs to assess preferred vendors and alternative products.
  • Update new items in the Envi system and maintain vendor prices.

  • Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; advanced skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
