Job Title: Tennis Court Maintenance Operations Manager

Reports To: Director of Facilities/Director of Racquets

Position Purpose: Manage the tennis court maintenance operation and staff. Maintain all racquet courts, indoor and out, and physical racquets campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage, train, and schedule the tennis court maintenance associates.
2. Work with Director of Racquets to maintain high standards for racquets campus
3. Coordinate equipment maintenance, repair, and storage
4. Maintains storage areas
5. Perform both physical maintenance and management tasks as required
6. Participates in continuing education annually
7. Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications

Superlative knowledge and skills regarding court maintenance, facility maintenance, irrigation and equipment used therein, as well as excellent management skills required.
