Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking Night Shift Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent attendance record and able to work effectively as a team member and independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Production Worker

Location: Forest, VA

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Flipping fiberglass headliner sheets at the end of the product line and stacking onto pallets
• Product inspection
• Machine operation
• Operate a forklift to move pallets to staging area

What’s Needed?

• 4-7 years of continuous manufacturing experience
• Able to work around fiberglass products
• Willingness to learn to operate a forklift
• Lifetime background check and drug screen

• Night shift working 7 pm to 7 am on a rotating schedule of 3-4 days per week and every other weekend
