We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency with in a Financial institution.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.) 7+ years' experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications and performing quality assurance testing. Previous financial institution experience strongly preferred. Significant relevant experience in a financial institution may be a substitute for education. Must have education and working knowledge in systems analysis and quality assurance techniques, project management techniques, communication, training, and presentation techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities and prioritize conflicting demands. Must have excellent analytical skills. Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office. Demonstrated telephone and interpersonal skills. Provide exceptional member service and tactfully manage business relationships, internally and externally. Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, composure and flexibility. Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to all levels of employees, management and/or vendors. Knowledge of NCUA and FFIEC regulations, GLBA, PCI and other information security requirements and framework knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
