Technician - Floor Maintenance

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for sustaining a sterile environment in all areas of the hospital. Receives direction from: Housekeeping Supervisor or shift leader.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• One-year experience with floor care cleaning and maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of usage and maintenance of floor care equipment, required.
• Able to use floor care equipment safely and efficiently, required
• Able to communicate effectively and follow verbal or written instructions, required.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding job and the ability to follow instructions, required.
