Overview:
Our client in Iowa is seeking a locum tenens family medicine physician to assist in their Acute Care/Urgent Care center. With this opportunity, you can gain a great full-time income working only 3 shifts per week! You'll start as soon as credentialed, working through December 2022 and possibly longer if the need still exists, and we've made a good match! This opportunity offers great pay, along with paid malpractice, paid travel and paid housing!
What you will be doing:
- Provide coverage for three shifts per week
Schedule could be any of the following M-F:
- 7am-8pm
- 8am-8pm
- 2pm-8pm
- Sat/Sun/Holiday: 8am-5pm
Patient Population Mix/Average Center Caseload:
- 50% IM/FM (adult)
- 25% Pediatric
- 25% Specialty
- Average Caseload: 3-4 patients per hour per provider
What you must have:
- IOWA Licensed Candidates or IMLC LOQ in hand - no exceptions
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
