Responsibilities

Managing Body Shop Clerk & Technician staff,

assisting with scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs 

Ensure Technicians workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized 

Managing technician productivity • Document all repairs & orders properly 

Oversee vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes 

Leading our service management & reconditioning activities 

Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory 

Required to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations.

 Interacting with and managing • Effective vehicle production and inventory control

Qualifications

  • Experience in high volume body shop
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
