Evolver Legal Services is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to work remotely or in Reston, VA.


Responsibilities

Provides high level support and strategic advice to Evolver Legal Services (ELS) clients on all facets of the EDRM model. Leads ELS project management team and clients by implementing traditional and creative solutions that enhance the use of "best of service" review tools for processing, analysis, document review, and productions. Participates in case management and client meetings as well as building and documenting the procedures, protocols, workflows, and training materials. Contributes to business development efforts by meeting with prospective and existing ELS clients to define eDiscovery needs, solutions and consultative services. Collaborates with client and ELS operations team to assure all data collection efforts meet industry standards.


Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the EDRM spectrum including, but not limited to, the following areas:


  • Coordinate with prospective and existing ELS clients to establish effective strategies for eDiscovery projects involving ESI preservation, and other advisory services.
  • Responsible for managing some large, complex projects and/or many smaller, day-to-day projects. Including but not limited to full program management for tracking data and metrics around a client matters.
  • Assist in the design and execution of litigation discovery management processes and procedures.
  • Educate prospective or existing ELS clients and/or outside/internal counsel/staff on eDiscovery processes, workflows, and technologies.
  • Compile process, review, produce or other custom reports and metrics on project performance as necessary.
  • Provide ELS clients support for web-based document review, Relativity workspace customization with corresponding review protocols, ESI stipulation analysis, and other related project review requirements.
  • Mentor and lead as the ELS PM, the project management and operation teams in establishing internal best practices.
  • Communicate client requirements to ELS management and request support from other Evolver, Inc. divisions as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Assist with testing eDiscovery tools in the market to maximize the effectiveness of services provided to prospective and existing ELS clients.
  • Perform risk, efficiency, and cost assessments of eDiscovery services general and specific to prospective and existing ELS clients.
  • Develop and execute approaches to technology assisted review tools in litigation and investigation response.
  • Partner with ELS Finance lead to complete project monthly invoices, forecasted and actual project budgets, and custom reports requested by existing ELS clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 years of eDiscovery experience
  • Relativity RCA Certification or 5 years of hands-on experience as a Relativity Administrator.
  • 3 years' experience in utilizing Relativity Structured and Conceptual Analytics including the ability to explain and educate clients and law firms on the benefits of such technologies.
  • 2 years of day-to-day direct contact with client and/or client outside counsel with regards to workflow and strategic planning.
  • 4 years Project Management experience dealing with complex matters working directly with client and client outside counsel.
  • 3 Years of experience with Relativity 11.0 or higher
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of eDiscovery work experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of LAW Pre-Discovery 6.0 or higher
  • RelOne experience
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Relativity RCA Certification or 5 years of hands on experience as a Relativity Administrator.
  • Relativity Analytics, or Relativity Project Management Specialist is preferred
  • LAW Pre-Discovery certification(s) is preferred
  • Knowledge of underlying processes of EDRM (e.g. early case assessment, processing, productions, and review protocols).
  • Proficient in Relativity workspace set-up including, but not limited to, analytics, user set-up and group permissions, coding layouts, running complex keyword and dtSearch queries, and workflow customization such as indexing, set-up of views, field/choices, persistent highlighting sets, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical, issue-spotting, and problem-solving skills - demonstrated capability to quickly analyze complex factual situations, evaluate key risk issues and make appropriate decisions.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under time sensitive deadlines and other business pressures.
  • Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to influence diverse groups of senior professionals.
  • Travel and work beyond regular business hours will be required including semi-annual trips (and/or training travel) to Virginia and to client offices.
