Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Manager in Chilhowie, VA.
*This is a Direct-Hire position*
Key duties and details for Maintenance Manager:
· Daily management of maintenance including production, quality, and safety· Review any production failures, quality issues, safety issues and production issues in detail· Oversee the maintenance techs and direct them to specific work orders for machinery breakdowns and monitor their work· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift· Salary: 60k - $67k per year, based on experience· Direct-Hire
Qualifications for Maintenance Manager:
· Must have 5+ years of experience· Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safe work practices, policies, and procedures· Basic computer skills, MS Excel and MS Word· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience· Must have knowledge of raw materials, production process and other techniques for maximizing effecting maintenance of equipment
