Yard Facilitator-Wash Bay Attendant, Ag

Prepare, inspect, and clean inside and outside of all new and used farm equipment.

Load and unload equipment, stage equipment with Altorfer Ag Products lot, light repair, maintenance and pre-delivery of machinery.
• Track all shipping and receiving of equipment within the yard.
• Scan all equipment during delivery and return processes as well as maintaining associated paperwork.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the yard, making sure it's a safe environment at all times for employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic knowledge of farm equipment required.
• Must be able to operate and control the pressure washing equipment.
• Ag machinery operation experience preferred.
• Previous mechanical and electrical experience preferred.
• Basic forklift experience is required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and complete duties in a safe, fast paced manner.
• Basic computer skills are need especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

This position will work in a Shop environment the majority of the time with some outside work, exposed to elements of weather, paint and chemicals. This position requires a lot of climbing in, out, on and around machines with heights up to 15' high. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 50lbs. The wearing of approved safety equipment (i.e. steel toe footwear) is required. Noise level in the shop/warehouse may range from moderate to high. Must be flexible during peak season working overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required.
