Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, scheduling, and customer service
• Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other personnel
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and workplace safety
• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs
• Create and manage budgets and financial reports
• Manage guest relations, including responding to customer feedback and complaints
• Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred, but not required
