HealthCare Support is currently seeking an experienced ICU RN to fill an opening with a nationally ranked healthcare system in the Lake City, FL area.
Daily Responsibilities for ICU RN:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and regularly evaluating patient needs
- Implementing physician orders, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Recording and communicating patient conditions accurately through computerized documentation systems
- Providing patient and family education on the patient's condition, treatment plans, and recovery
- Schedule is 3x12: 7pm-7am
Required Qualifications for ICU RN:
- Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
- 1+ year critical care experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications for ICU RN:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
