Job Details:

• Position: School Psychologist
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Onsite
• Contract Duration: From now through end of school year
• Hourly pensation Rate Range: $49.75-$55.25

State Licensure Requirements:

• Valid New York State School Psychologist License

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning
• Interpret assessment results and provide remendations for educational and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on students' academic and social-emotional needs

Requirements:

• Valid New York State School Psychologist License
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
