Project Manager

SUMMARY:

Pipeway Energy Construction is growing, so you will likely get experience on many different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you will probably do:

·       Perform sub-contracting, planning, scheduling, purchasing, productivity tracking and analysis, coordination, and consultation

·       Manage underground projects in Baltimore (projects generally last for 4-8 months)

·       Negotiate change requests and scope discrepancies

·       Establish and manage business relationships

·       Implement design/build and value engineering

·       Create planning schedules

·       Ensure that team members complete tasks according to schedule

·       Identify if staff members require further training and ensure training is provided

·       Conduct employee performance reviews

·       Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and investors

·       Ensure that health and safety laws are followed

·       Research industry trends and innovations

Requirements:

·       6 years of experience with project management.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft office.

·       Excellent Leadership abilities.

·       Excellent planning and management skills.
