Business Analyst (Banking Exp. Mandatory) - Remote

Business Analyst with Banking Experience Brooklyn, Ohio Contract Role Job Description: Works closely with LOB clients to gather requirements and translate them into project requirements. Assist with the development and documentation of business requirements and detailed business specifications. Assist with planning, coordination, and evaluation of planning sessions to extract requirements. Assist with Investigation, identification, and correction of root cause for data quality/data integrity/ reporting problems. Work on identifying data issues, clean-up opportunities, and reporting solutions. Conducts thorough analysis and testing to make sure clean-up efforts are not overwritten. Drive issues to conclusion. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements. Work closely with Stakeholders Required Skills: 4+ years of gathering business requirements which can then be translated into technical specifications. Prior banking experience Strong experience working with Stakeholders. Agile / Scrum experience Experience working with JIRA. Strong team player/collaboration / independent worker Strong communication skills Negotiating skills Preferred Skills: Experience with bank-focused transaction statements, client communications, and/or disclosures Experience as a Scrum Master
