Find out more at Glassdoor.com: MLM Home Improvement DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the CEO, the Director of Canvassing is responsible for managing the canvassing managers and their respective offices in the following areas: overall leads generated, KPIs, creating and implementing systems and processes, as well as the daily functions that come along with their role. The Director of Canvassing will be responsible for driving MLM's vision, culture, and goals daily. The ideal candidate will lead by example and must be comfortable with both positive and negative performance management styles. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of canvassing/field marketing experience and 2+ years of Senior management experience. Industry experience is beneficial, but not required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation and oversight of local and regional canvassing initiatives and activities Planning the hiring and training of new marketing representatives through a systematic process to ensure consistency Tracking and analyzing sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitavite metrics Ensuring Canvassing Managers are adhering to: Weekly one on ones with each Marketing Manger Ride along and shadowing in the field (as needed) Researching new markets and using the data to forecast growth in sales, performance goals Increasing the efficiency of business procedures by meeting with HR, Sales, and Production departments Presenting monthly, quarterly, and yearly canvassing results to all relevant stakeholders Aware of Industry standards, monitoring and implementing competitive strategy Working collaboratively with other senior leadership to enhance company initiatives BENEFITS and COMPANY CULTURE This is a salaried + commission role with an expected annual income of $200,000.00 Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k with a 4% company match Paid time off Daily, weekly and monthly bonuses Performance based invitations to quarterly events and annual all-inclusive tropical vacation Continued development and growth opportunity WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates within a defined territory in the outdoors 50% of the time and in office/administrative 50% of the time. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside within all elements. Must have the ability to lift, pull and push up to 100 pounds. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full time position. Code red and other business hours will apply as needed. Off Peak Schedule: November 1st - March 14th - Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm EST Peak Schedule: March 15th - October 31st - Monday - Friday, 11am - 7:30pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm EST TRAVEL This position requires extensive travel within their territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
