Express Employment Professionals in Ogden is currently seeking Manufacturing Tech in the Cure department for a local Ogden company that specializes in the manufacturing mountain bikes!
**NEED RESUME REFLECTING LONGETIVITY WORK HISTORY**
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing to cure composite parts using a variety of means, including ovens, hydraulic lifts, carriers, molds,
- chemicals, overhead air, drill, and bolt-up machines, Dremel, impact guns and computers.
- Prepare ovens according to engineering specifications to cure composite parts, monitoring oven process parameters
- during the cure process (e.g., oven temperatures, times, pressures, etc.).
- Bolt up and removal of molds using automated and pneumatic tools.
- Follows instructions to safely load and unload ovens and chillers.
- Remove bladders from rims by a variety of means, including pulling bladders, tapping rim on floor, using soap and water.
- Clean molds and rings of foreign objects to prepare for reuse in the layup process.
