We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in Monte Vista, Colorado. The prospective team member would be responsible for leading, overseeing, and providing training and supervision to a team of developing ABA clinicians in Monte Vista and surrounding areas, including RBTs and team members in the BCBA apprenticeship program. They will also conduct client intakes and assign cases to appropriate clinicians, work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors in other regions to support training initiatives across the organization, liaise with community partners in support of the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values, and strategic goals, provide special project consultation, and offer clinical overlaps and problem-solving for clients in the region as needed.

Prospective new team members should possess:

*A minimum of a Master’s degree and BCBA certification required.

*A minimum of 3 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

*A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike

*A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

*A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities.

*Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record , and background check a must.
