HR Manager

Am-Liner East is one of the fastest growing pipeline rehabilitation contractors on the east coast. We are seeking a hard-working and highly motivated HR Manager to add to our team. As an industry leader in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), Am-Liner provides the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and accomplished professionals in the industry.

• This is an in office position, no remote/hybrid availability.

HR JOB DUTIES:

· Provide human resources support for approximately 100 employees

· Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions

· Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) Liaison and Reporting

· Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws for company’s compliance with practices and policies

· Recruit and manage staff

· Process employees

· Pre-Employment Screening

· New Employee Orientation of company policy, benefits, and safety performance

· Maintain, Implement and develop human resource policy and procedures

· Maintain, Implement and review Benefits and Compensation packages

· Maintain and Implement leave of absence policies and procedures, including Medical, Military, personal and FMLA

· Identify and manage training and development needs for employees

· Conduct salary reviews, as needed

· Implement and monitor performance management

· Address employee concerns, complaints, grievances and disputes

· Administer employee disciplinary actions

· Process resignations and terminations, conducting exit interviews and ensuring that procedures compliant with company policies and current laws

· Maintain Human Resource information and employee records

· Improve employee retention levels

· Enforce safety and health policies

- Experience with payroll through Paychex system, a plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

· High level of confidentiality and discretion

· Human resources management experience 3+ years

· Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management

· Knowledge of business principles, relevant legislation and regulations

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

· Organization, training, reporting, writing abilities

· Adaptability

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday- 9am--5pm
